Next Steps with PFAS Restriction Proposal
Posted on Apr 04, 2024Following the European Chemical Agency’s (ECHA) recent public consultation on restricting per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), the next step is for their Risk Assessment and Socio-Economic Analysis committees to evaluate the proposal whilst considering all feedback received.
In addition, the five national authorities who originally prepared the proposal will be updating their initial report addressing the comments received during the consultation.
