Renowned for customer service, the MacLellan team work hard to ensure that information about their products is technically accurate and fully traceable and that they supply products that meet their customer’s end-user requirements.
The auditor identified the following key strengths following the ISO quality standard audit:
- Traceability and the ability to provide documents quickly and easily
- The speed and quality of report generation enabling MacLellan to continuously monitor and improve quality performance.
