J-Flex Strengths Team with Two New Appointments

Joining the business as Business Development Executive, Stella Selby will focus on developing new customer relationships and supporting the company’s continued growth. Meanwhile, Malikai Northey has joined J-Flex as an Operations Assistant Apprentice, strengthening the operations team while beginning his career in the rubber industry.
The appointments reflect a balanced approach to recruitment, combining experienced commercial expertise with investment in the next generation of industry talent. As many companies across the gasket and sealing sector continue to address skills development and succession planning, initiatives such as apprenticeships remain an important route to attracting new people into manufacturing.
