Help Improve Employment Opportunities for People with Learning Disabilities

Across the UK, people with learning disabilities still face barriers to finding and staying in work. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Learning Disabilities Project is working with employers and partners to better understand the real challenges and to develop practical support for inclusive recruitment, onboarding and retention.

They’re inviting employers to complete a short survey to share what you’re already doing, what’s getting in the way, and what tools, training or guidance would help. Your feedback will directly shape the next phase of work, including employer resources and guidance.
