FREE training for SME line managers in health and wellbeing
Posted on Mar 17, 2026 Tags: Industry NewsLine managers in SMEs across England can now access the IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing course, fully funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Delivered by International Workplace with Reed Learning, the programme helps managers develop practical skills to support staff health and wellbeing, encourage more people to enter and stay in work and create a positive workplace culture.
Who can apply
Managers with at least one direct report, working for an SME with 2-249 employees, who haven’t completed this IOSH course in the last three years.
Flexible learning
Self-paced eLearning, virtual instructor-led sessions, or a one-day in-person course at one of 12 locations. Start by 31 March 2026 – complete within days. Delegates receive a digital IOSH certificate on successful completion.
