The webinar will:
- address the European Chemical Agency’s (ECHA’s) PFAS Restriction Dossier
- the recommendations highlighted in the recent study commissioned by the European Parliament’s Industry, Research and Energy (IRE) Committee on PFAS and competitiveness
- offer guidance on effective participation in the SEAC consultation
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has issued guidance for the SEAC consultation on PFAS restrictions. It explains the consultation structure and how to submit a response. The 60-day consultation is expected to start soon after the draft opinion is agreed at SEAC’s March 2026 meeting.
