2025 Expansion Plans for Monarch Gaskets & Seals Ltd
Posted on Feb 24, 2025February was an exciting month for Monarch Gaskets & Seals Ltd after taking on Unit 9 to accompany Unit 10 at their site in Wakefield, doubling the workable floor space to 13,500 sq. feet. The extra space allows us to build on our 5-year growth plan.
Unit 10: will remain full production manufacture, with inhouse “Waterjet Profile Cutting”, “5 Axis CNC Machining”, “DPF Trapezoids” and “Die Formed Ring” Manufacturing along with our “Bespoke Gasket” Manufacture on all materials.
Unit 9: will be our “Goods In & Despatch” building. We desperately needed the space to store customers’ “Free Issued Material” along with standard pick and pack products – such as “Spiral Wound Gaskets”, “Ring Type Joints”, Gasket Sheet Material be it Aramid Fibre, Graphite, PTFE, Mica, Gasket Paper, Cork and Rubber Rolls – Full or Cut To Size.
