Jane Smith, Managing Director of Jointine Products (Lincoln) Ltd, said:
“The UK Gasket and Sealing Association represents those of us engaged in the gasket and sealing markets; many of which are small, family businesses.
“For me, it is valuable time spent out of the office. Their events invariably involve a fun element, such as a tour of each other’s premises, a game of golf, or a good meal. It feels like justifiable down-time alongside like minded individuals. I have always sat with, or been introduced to someone with common interests. This isn’t by accident! The committee knows their members’ interests and ensure you come away from these social business gatherings having created valuable new relationships. Their Annual events raise money for a worthwhile charity, and I always come away with a genuine feeling of warmth, friendship and collaboration.
