Key responsibilities include developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers; addressing and resolving any customer complaints; designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand Kewell’s customer base; act as main point of contact with customers; supervise account teams; develop a thorough understanding of key customers’ needs and prepare customised solutions.
