ECHA to Consult on PFAS Draft Opinion
Posted on Oct 20, 2025 Tags:The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has announced plans to consult on a draft opinion regarding the restriction of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in spring 2026.
This consultation will use a structured survey format, inviting participants to respond to questions on the potential impacts of restricting the use of PFAS. The aim is to gather feedback from all interested parties to inform the decision-making process.
