Defra response to consultation on extending submission deadlines for UK REACH registrations
Posted on Dec 05, 2022 Tags: Industry NewsThe Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) have published their response to consultation on extending submission deadlines for transitional UK REACH regulations which closed on 1 September 2022.
Defra launched a public consultation to seek views on two options to extend the current deadlines for transitional registration and extending the dates for HSE to carry out compliance checks on 20% of registration dossiers.
