Defra response to consultation on extending submission deadlines for UK REACH registrations
Posted on Dec 05, 2022The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) have published their response to consultation on extending submission deadlines for transitional UK REACH regulations which closed on 1 September 2022.
Defra launched a public consultation to seek views on two options to extend the current deadlines for transitional registration and extending the dates for HSE to carry out compliance checks on 20% of registration dossiers.
