Supporting Employee Mental Health – 20 October 2026
For many small businesses looking after the wellbeing of their workforce is important, but accessing specialist support can sometimes be difficult.
Able Futures is a DWP-funded mental health support service available to employees, apprentices and self-employed people. This is specifically for an SME audience.
The service provides up to nine months of confidential support at no cost, helping individuals manage challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression while remaining in work.
The webinar will explain:
- What Able Futures offers
- Who can access support
- How employees can access the service directly
- How SMEs can signpost staff to the support available.
The support is available across England, Scotland and Wales
